Merl grills some Kabobs on the 1829 CARL SCHMIDT SOHN Indoor Smokeless Grill but admits he had the heat/temp too low in the start of the vid so it makes it seem like it takes too long to cook at first but was just the temp being too low. The indoor Smokeless grill is kind of on the small side so great for 2 people. Cooking is even enough but seems a touch anemic, but that could be the because the vent straddles the line between convection and cooling leaving it a bit lack luster. The non stick pan is true to it’s word, non stick. Not spectacular, but average finish of what you would find on a midgrade non stick cooking pan.
