If your NuWave BRIO air fryer is stuck on Celsius after a power outage and you just need to change the BRIO Air Fryer back to Fahrenheit this can be done very simply, all you need to do is turn the BRIO Air Fryer on and press the program and temp buttons at the same time to switch the NuWave Fryer to Fahrenheit or you can switch it Celsius if you need it to display temperature in Celsius instead. It is ironic this simple step isn’t included in the manual, and the NuWave BRIO Air Fryer for some reason switches to Celsius after a power outage by default.
