Showing various features and color patterns on the Ihoomee star projector, which include 4 different cloud colors and 2 can be activated at the same time, R,B,G,W you also have the moon projection image which can be on or off. You have the laser (stars) which are green and you can have options for how many and whether they cycle or blink on and off. You can apply slow or fast motion effects to the clouds, there is a timer on how long the projector stays on and you can pair your phone and have the project act as a Bluetooth speaker for your room plus it will play mp3 files off of a USB stick. The project has a mic button that will also adjust the projected colors and pattern along to the music being played as well. You can adjust the brightness levels too to make the stars and clouds dimmer or brighter.
Overall it is a very cool product for ambience in a bedroom or living room at night and my kid loves it and uses it for his bedroom after I finished testing it in the living room. One thing to note is that this projector has to be plugged in all the time and only includes a USB Type C cable but not an AC outlet plug, so you will need to ensure you either get a longer USB Type C cable or AC plug so it is plugged into the wall. The remote takes 2 Triple A batteries which are also not included. The projector is very bright, so place it in a position where you aren’t directly looking at the projector, it sits loosely on the base, and you rotate and position it to throw it’s image as desired. It does cast a large wide image so just place it higher or lower to adjust the thrown image size. Because it just loosely sits on the base, place it out of reach of pets or small children who can easily knock if off the base.
This is a super fun star projector and was the first star projector I have had the chance to review. I really enjoyed using it.
