The Spotcam Solo is a truly wireless security camera that can record events and activity to help secure your property or simply take with you to watch over your campsite while you are sleeping. It uses 6 AA batteries and can trigger based on sound or motion events recording actions. You can connect the camera to the cloud and watch through the Spotcam app but it is designed for recording short video clips to the MicroSD card to conserve battery life. It includes a magnetic mount that you can take the Spotcam Solo on and off with ease so you can unload the MicroSD card or change out the batteries, but it has a standard camera sized thread for using other mounts as well.
