You can charge your iPhone and Airpods at the same time, but we had no airpods to test with at this time. You can also use the USB port to charge a power bank or your Apple Watch at the same time as well.
There is an 18W Fast Charger and USB C to USB C cable included. The stand itself supports 15W wireless fast charging, and there are 32 LED lights indicating the wireless charging spot.
