The mini tripod works very well as a selfie-stick too.
In testing, the mic was excellent, the LED panel was good but only at close distances, it had very limited range even at brightest setting when tested in a dark hallway or garage, best to stay within 2′ of the camera if it is very dark around you. Overall it is an invaluable kit with a well designed phone clamp, tripod/selfie stick and mic.
